She received rave reviews for her performances on the stage in 92 productions. in the production. It was also voted the production of the year by Canadian reviewers in 2002. She was given the chance to enroll in the Stratford Conservatory, which is a private institution that accepts just eight men and four women for a crash course in the art of classical theatre. Contractor was eager to accept. Contractor received a guaranteed spot in the next season of productions and was offered the part as Hermia In A Midsummer Night's Dream.
